You can ship your product to us
We take shipments of equipment for repairs and upgrades from all over the world. If you have need of our services and need to ship your equipment to us, please email Katherine with your repair/upgrade request, and she will send you shipping instructions. As a minimum, we need to verify that we can work on what you are sending us and we need a clear description of the service request. Please do not ship any item to us unless we have issued shipping instructions to you either by email, phone or regular mail. A letter should be included with the equipment that states the following:
- Your name, address, phone and email.
- Return delivery address.
- Statement of problem or service request.
